FXR Programming issues

I've got my FXR for about 4 years now with no problems at all...but today it stoped working right...saw this:

in an old thread in Electronics... same problem that I've got:

Is there a solution for this problem?

Thanks for that ...but it just tells me what I see on the ESC...

Well...it looks like my problem with my FXR was not with the ESC... but with my Spektrum SRS4210 receiver
I switched to another receiver,and every thing was working as it should
So,I put the "bad" receiver in one of my other rigs, and the same problem happened again...tried it with two more rigs,and got the same problem...
So...now I'm going to my LHS to see about fixing my Spektrum RX ...
Did any one had a problem with a Spektrum receiver?
or this is just one of those things?

It's been a while, but I think I found my flysky rx to be the culprit as well. No signal was creating odd behavior.
