| Wiring up my truck
So the chassis is done, but I still need to wire up all of the electronics. I am going to be running -2 Magnetic Mayhems -2 Hobbico CS-70MG servos - Super Rooster - Traxxas TQ radio and reciever I want to know if I should run a seperate pack for the servos, and I also need to be able to somehow connect the servos onto the same channel, but invert one of their rotations. I'm going to run the motors in series and donno if I should run one or two battery packs for the throtle. Running two battery packs and an RX pack seems like overkill to me, but I haven't driven a crawler yet. Thanks a lot, sorry if this information is already posted |

im not familiar with the servos, but judging the specs i would say the super rooster would handle them just fine with no rx pack. are you using clod axles? to connect two servos together you need a reversing Y harness. it has a little adjuster so that you can center one of the servos independantly. very key. one battery should be just fine. |

Skip the servo reverser, ditch the regular TQ radio, and get a TQ3 radio that has a 3rd channel and control the rear servo independently. Instructions on how to set up your TQ3 are all over this site, just do a search.
