Default Castle Link Graph viewer explains

Hello guys, Just testing my Puller pro 540 2200kv in my heavy Wraith with my GensAce 2200Mah Lipo pack. Dowloaded the Graph viewer and hope so someone could explain me how was my ripple voltage here. I remember my maximum ripple voltage was in 0.66V. Does it mean I am still within the safe level here? as I remember Ripple voltage peaks should always be less than 10% of the total pack voltage.

Thank you

Today tested my Puller Pro 2200kv motor with 4S LiHV 1550mAh, Continuous 70C battery, on 11T Pinion gear/Spur 56T. Ambient temperature around 29C

Bashing and Crawling in high speed around half hour and The result, Ripple voltage Max at 0.70V

Thermocouple heat stays below 58C

That ripple voltage is fine especially since you're running 4S.

Just wondering, does the data log show your Motor Temperature correctly? I'm running an MMX with PP 3500kv and it just shows a negative temp reading which is obviously wrong.

Good evening maverick67 Thank you for your comments here( Appreciated ) In my humble opinion I think it is still ok? My thermocouple was recorded at around 55C like that, But the data log show 107F Which is around 41C.

Not sure which one was accurate?

Hi Teng,

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the readings you quoted are the ESC temps, not the Motor temps. I was actually talking about the Motor temps. Thanks!

The esc doesn't measure motor temps, unless its hooked up. And I think only fubuta remotes are able to.

That's what I thought, before I read the descriptions in castle link. IIRC, I think the motor temp is supposed to be read through the sensor wire?

Good morning Maverick67 Ya, it was my bad haha.

No wonder the temperatures recorded was so difference. My Thermocouple average shown 55C~64C like that. But always make me wonder why the Data log shown only around 40C++

Dear 84yoda Good evevning, Thank you for your comment here. I think you were right. I remember Harley also mentioned these before....my bad again

The below is my data log show the motor temperature, Max only at 1.9F ???

Good evening Maverick67, do you think this is correct temperature from the motor? Average temp 118F Which is quite near to my K-type Thermocouple. But I was shock the Max is 587.4F?

Can this be true?
