|  RC4WD Warn Winch
Is there any way to waterproof this winch? Want to be able to run it on my SCX10 but dont want to have to avoid water..

It is a DC motor, so pretty much by default it is waterproof. To keep it from rusting out/failing, it would be a good idea to take the whole mess apart after running it through water and cleaning it.

Yup, you don't have to worry about the winch itself but your controller needs to be waterproofed. What that involves depends on what controller you're using.

I have the heyok receiver controlled 3 position controller. How does one waterproof that?
