Default problem

i recently bought an everest 10 red cat racing rock crawler and after two days it got flipped over in the water the electronics are completely water proof however the truck did not move and was not able to steer i read online how to test the motor and other problems that commonly occur. however once again i found that the esc was not working properly. but once i left it in the sun for about 4 hours it started to go. the car will not go forward at full speed but it turns good and will go full speed backwards. please help. any information could help.
