| sensored system for Bomber
I'm looking for a decent sensored brushless system on the cheap, doesn't need to be waterproof because i wanna do it myself. currently considering a Quicrun 10BL60/120 but have yet to decide on a motor. looking for something a little faster than the stock 35t brushed. two motors that i'm already looking at are GoolRC's 540 13.5t sensored (orange can, vented), and "High Quality" 540 13.5t sensored (blue can, 'sealed'). if i want to go 17.5t, "high quality" makes one, same as the 13.5t. |

Gool makes good budget stuff. I've run a unsensored 2650 with good results Hang up and Drive |

i did some poking around on the internet, and the blue motor seems to made by either GoolSky (seemingly no relation to GoolRC), or Dowin (?). see here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/540-...442333031.html |

HobbyWing Justock 60A combo. Roughly $95 shipped from HobbyWing Direct. I have it in my son's Bomber. It does well. I waterproofed the ESC and used dielectric grease on the sensor wire. Haven't done the motor yet. |

Get a 550 can IMO. I've had the HW60 and it's got slow reverse and a 540 can size gets easily hot. 550 brushed was cooler and just as fast and far cheaper than 540 brushless IME. The HW 3660 G2 550 can and HW 140A sensored ESC combo is affordable and whilst not waterproof is meant to be a ball tearer on 3S. You'll likely need some beef up gear though. |

just bought (before i read this) the 10BL60 for $23, a program card for $9, the 13.5t motor for $29, and a Power HD 20kg for $26. not bad for $86? plus about $10 for conformal coating. (the motor says it's waterproof, still going to open it up and make sure.)
