Default DX4c receiver help

Hey guys. Needed a small receiver for my Orlandoo Jeep and had an extra
Orange DSM2 air receiver laying around but it appears the channel mapping is different and I couldn't get any response even though it appeared to have bound fine. So what are my other options that will bind with the dx4c and have a small size without spending alot?

I have the same transmitter, it uses the new(er) DSMR protocol, but your receiver uses the last generation of DSM2 so they aren't compatible.
EDIT: nevermind is says they are compatible but maybe the air stuff isn't compatible with surface parts. (I found a forum post explaining why they aren't compatable)

look at this compatibility chart to see what works together

I'd just grab a Spektrum surface receiver with the least amount of channels you need if you cant get this one to work

From what I have read/researched, air-specific DSM2 RXs will not work properly with ground radios.

I have the package linked below, and they work just fine with my DX5R.
