Default LRP 10.5 X20 In BOMBER?

HI guys, I just finished building my bomber kit but still dont have a motor specifically for crawling. I do however have a brand new lrp 10.5t motor that I could use as well as an lrp super spin esc. Can I get away with using this motor in a crawler/rock racer? I know its a fast motor but will I still be able to crawl at slow speeds on 2s

What kv is that 10.5? I'm running a 2850kv motor and I love it. Prior to that I had a 17.5 (typical 2 pole sensored ROAR motor) and I was satisfied with its low speed performance. Your motor may not be ideal, but it should work. The ESC is what I'd be concerned with. If it doesn't have good drag brake options or good low speed resolution, it won't crawl well.

If it is the sensored Vector motor, should be fine. it's 3600KV - might want to gear down a little bit. That will help your low speed control.
