Won't move till 3/4 throttle

I have a Holmes brushless each,castle slate motor and fly sky 3b. Truck won't seem to move till 3/4 throttle, trying figure what setting causes this. Thanks for the help in advance.

Recalibrate your Tx to the esc

Hang up and Drive
