Default Servo specs

I bought Tower Hobbies TS-170 servo. At 4.8V torque is 250 oz-in.
At 6.0V torque is 333 oz-in.

Can I safely use 7.4V?

No, looks like it's not a high voltage servo.

I will just repeat Joe's answer. No, the max would be 6.0V on that servo.
