DX5C Receivers

Will any of the off brand receivers work with the DX5C?

Re: DX5C Receivers

They need to be DSM2 or DSMR compatible. DSMX is only for Spektrum's stick (aircraft) radios.

I have bought some cheapy DSM2 RXs I bought off of Amazon, they seem to work pretty well. It took several times to get them to bind, and I had to change the resolution to 18ms. Other than the bind issue, I have not had any problems with them.

Re: DX5C Receivers

Hi,
got a DX5C and do have a couple of old Lemon and Orange DSM2 receivers. Those still work fine with my Spektrum DX9 Black (it says "DSM2 22 ms".

But my DX5C will not bind to those receivers, neither at 22, nor at 16.5 or 11 ms.

Quite disappointed by this.
Tried everything (RX not to near to TX, checked every DSM2 Lemon and Orange RX with my DX9, all work fine)… without success.

Cheers,

Walter

Aircraft verses ground. They don't swap.
