Hobbywing 1080 esc programming issue
 

So ive watched video and read the manual countless amount of times. I am using the 1080 esc from hobby wing with HH 27t 550 motor with stock tx/rx and running a turnigy 3s 2200 lipo. When i get the esc in calibration mode with the throttle it beeps once. Okay good. When i apply full fwd throttle and press the set button no beeps. When i put the throttle in full reverse and press the set button it beeps twice. Then full fwd throttle and press it beeps 3 times and it leaves calibration mode. So basically its set up to run flip flop from what it should. With the tx and esc on fwd is fwd and rev is rev. However fwd at full throttle is slow and reverse at full throttle is alot faster than fwd. anyone have a similar issue and what can i do to fix it

Reverse motor wires and throttle on Tx, recalibrate.
Check your reverse speed in ESC settings too.

Damn you are quick! awesome. So basically the setup configuration is a little wacky but fwd is fwd and rev is rev so thats good. All i did was use the program card and put max rev to 100% and fwd is fast. Rev is fast and i got it setup just the way i want. The calibration process had me worried because it wasnt working right but still works for what i want. Thank you!!
