You can run any servo at any voltage. It's just a matter of how long it lasts... I've run 6v rated servos at ~9v without issues and have had others that got glitchy at 7v. Your not going to fry a 7.4v servo on 8.4 instantly. Try it and make sure it doesn't get hot or do anything odd. |

Thanks for all the replys, I'm a bit of a power hog, but I think for such an expensive servo I'll just stick to 7.4v and test higher voltages with my cheaper servos.... Sent from my LG-H870DS using Tapatalk |
