As others have already said, the Promodeler 470 is the cat's ass. I run one on my Bomber and I've never encountered a situation where I felt like I needed anything more.

So... on a 1.9 rig, unless you're some sort of masochist, I think you can get away with a bit less. Promodeler also offers the DS360DLHV, which is 1/2 the price of the 470 and offers 360oz-in of torque. It's slower, and it's got a hybrid plastic/aluminum housing, but it looks like an awful lot of servo for $50. I've been looking for an excuse to try one, but the only full sized 1.9 rig I have is already working well with an MG959v2.

How do you like the 959? Im looking for a new servo and never heard of it until i saw exocaged's video. Looks impressive, but its between that and the promodler 370 in. oz. I know the smart play would be promodler but the extra torque from 959 v2 would be handy on a tall tire 1.9. And 50-60$ is all i can squeeze out of the ol lady after the last round of rc related exspences lol.

They were discussing a different ProModeler servo that they offer, here's the link:

360oz-in ProModeler HV digital servo is waterproof, has metal gears, and 2BB

The DS360DLHV at $49.99 vs the DS470BLHV at $99.99...

My Bomber is finally up and running and the DS470BLHV is working out perfectly - so very happy with it!

Wasn't paying attention to the thread lol. Next servo I buy for my bashers will be one of the lower end ProModelers.

I have no complaints with the 959, but I'm not working it too hard. I'm running it directly off the ESC right now (6v/3A) and it's great. Someday I'll build a BEC for it.
