Default Flysky GT5 alarm

The transmitter's low voltage alarm is set to 7.4v and it drives me crazy. I'm pretty sure it can't be changed, but has anyone found the source of the alarm and just removed it? I'm OK with monitoring the voltage without an audible cue.
