What are you guy running for volts? Anyone going over 6v and if so how long has it lasted?

The 1283SG is rated for 4.8v or 6v. Anything over 6v will be a crap shoot. I inadvertently ran my Savox at 7.4v for about six months before I reconfigured my power back to 6v with no apparent damage to the servo.

I've seen people report Savox support even recommends 7.4v on their 6v-rated servos. I have one of the cheaper of the lineup but it's handled 7.4v just fine.
