| Re: XT60’s or 90’s?
In terms of losses, I would have to measure the resistance of the adapter. I would typically shy away from extra plugs in a system, but the xt90 plugs are so huge that it would probably be about the same either way.

Xt60 with an adapter to the battery plug is always another option. Personally if tin the 10 gauge and clip off enough to fit the solder spot. |

I went 90s across the board with all my models and batteries. A little larger, makes it easier to solder with larger gauge wire, not to mention it's easier to handle with larger hands. And I can now put any battery in any model (physical size permitting). There's no messing with different charge leads or adapters, and from my most demanding (boats) to least demanding (crawlers) models and everything in between, I'm uniformly covered.

I just got a bag of integrated resistor xt90s for a customers ebike build. They are huge!! I’m gonna convert all my ebike though. The integrated anti spark is really nice

I got the spark arrestor 90s for the boats since they run 6s and always pop a little spark when connecting. But they are the same size as the regular xt90's. Big when your first see them, but they seem normal to me now. | |
