Good lord, that radio is only $530 from amain. If I was going to upgrade from my mt4 it would be to an m12s since it has a thumb lever. https://www.amainhobbies.com/sanwa-a...caAnWpEALw_wcB |

| Re: M17 I use it to control the mix between front and rear axles on my berg (MOA) but it can be used for rear steer or winch control very easily.

| Re: M17 I use the lever for a winch on a few trucks and it is the best method for controlling one. If you use a ESC as a winch controller, you get actual proportional speed control unlike buttons or switches.

I liked my MT4, it was a solid radio. The receivers are very expensive and it is confusing as to which receivers will work with which radio. As far as the radio above, it looks schweet, but it is likely a bit overkill for what we do in the crawling/scale world. Plus, $500+ and only four channels?

This radio isn't one you'd want to take out in the woods and drop on the trail.

If you drop it that's on you since it has a lanyard loop.

My lanyards are black thanks. I wouldn't mind if the detent was a bit crisper than it is though. As it is if it isn't on zero sometimes an esc won't arm. |

I believe the detent is built into the potentiometer.
