Esc dig questions
 
Hello I am new to the rc crawler world and would like a bit of help I would like to add a dig function to my 1/8 scale mad torque I have a fly sky gt3b that has been hacked and would like to know what else I would need eny help would be greatly appreciated thanks

you need another ESC, I would recommend dual hobbywing 1080's.
Y the cable coming from the battery to each f the esc's.
!! Disconnect the Red wire on one of the esc's receiver plug!!
Find some way for your remote to pair those channels together with a switch to disable one of the esc's, not sure what the gt3b is capable of.

Last summer I put an XTM crawler together with a hacked gt3c but with dual mamba max X and 2850 of brushless. Even on 3s it was crazy slow but it worked. 1080's are a fine choice, I have used them on moa as well and they're solid.

There are lots of videos on youtube on his to set up hacked flysky so pick one and learn.

I've got my fly sky all set up I just didn't know what brand what esc would need to perform this function thanks for the info looking forward to getting in to the crawling world One other question would be how many channel receiver should I normally run

3 channel will be fine for the basics if you power the servo with a bypass adapter.
