Default Tiny Motor Help

For my latest project I am using a couple of 370 motors out of a Kyosho Blizzard controlled from HW1060 ESCs as winch motors. Even geared as low as I can get them, they are still too fast. Anyone know where I can get high-turn 370 or 380-sized motors?

Thanks.

Also, anyone know how many turns stock Kyosho motors are?

The yeti Jr from axial is a 40T 380 motor if I'm not mistaken.
