I recieved this almost 2 years ago maybe in a huge bundle of stuff. Not sure what it is.

Looks like a BEC, that was set up for powering lights probably.

Signal wires tell me not so much.
Has 2 female conectors with pos neg and sig. 2 male conectors with only neg and sig.

But the signal wires don't appear to be connected to anything judging by the pic. Send a better pic of the connections

That looks like it might be HeyOK No-Brainer BEC. Or something made by them.
