Charging 7.4v LiIon batteries with iMAX B6 charger

Hi all, picked up a couple of little 1/18th cars that run on 7.4v LiIon 650mah 14500 batteries. If I choose 2s LiIon on the charger, I only get 7.2v as an option. Is that ok or should I change something somewhere?

Are you sure you don't have a lipo (lithium polymer, the most common used in rc) battery? Li-ion has a nominal voltage of 3.6v per cell (7.2v for 2s) whereas lipo is 3.7v per cell/7.4v 2s.

Yep

I found I can charge it on the LiIon setting until it's done and then top it up to 4.2v per cell using the lipo setting and just stop it
