3 Position Switch for 4WS

I'm looking into putting 4ws on an Axial SMT10 but would like to have it set like a full size monster truck where it's just a 3 position switch where center position is locked rear, left position turns all the way left, and right position turns all the way right. I've seen a few posts about a 3 position switch mod on the traxxas transmitters but I don't really want to mess with traxxas stuff. Are there any other transmitters that can be modded to do this or maybe even have it from the factory that can do what I'm trying to accomplish with this?

The spectrum rugged will do that I think. I have one and while I dont use it much, Im pretty sure you can do that in the gettings. I actually hate mine. But it does have features.

Yeah, the AUX switches on most Spektrum radios can be set to Continuous, 2-Position, or 3-Position.

The dx5 pro has a analog style dial that can possibly do this as well. But generally spectrum radios have settings built in that ties the rear steer to the front steer to be controlled together. Then you set a switch to toggle between steering modes such as normal, 4ws, and crab.

Did your smt 10 come with the tactic ttx300? The 3rd channel can be programmed as a 3 position switch to do that.

I'll look into some of the spektrum options. I didn't buy a RTR SMT10. I bought a chassis online and built it myself so I don't have any factory electronics.
