Default Can it handle 3s?

I have a dual brushed esc setup and I'm curious if the motors will handle 3s? The two esc's are hobbywing 1060's and they're hooked to 540 sized 60 turn motors. The esc's are supposed to handle 3s but wasnt sure about the motors? I also have 70 turn motors that I could install if needed. Thoughts?

X2.

You should have no problems running these together, the manual says you can run down to a 18T motor on 3S (540). Running 60T motors should not give you any problems, other than being horribly slow (even on 3S). I would look at least 45T motors.

I think your battery will be the critical part in all of this, you should be running at least 50C to supply both ESCs with the power they want.

I would also run an external BEC, terminating both red wires coming from the ESCs.

Thanks for the info. I do have an external BEC and it is pretty quick for a crawler with the 60t motors. I'm using an exceed mad torque and with 60t motors and 2s it outruns my night crawler on 3s easily.

it is probably be ok, since you didn't list the gearing but mentioned it had higher gears then your other crawler you should watch the motor and esc temperature, as long as they don't get too hot they're fine, its the heat that would kill the motors.
