| Pico Switch Alternative
Normally to turn lights on and off via TX I use a Pico Switch, these things are fairly compact, easy to set up, and most importantly, they work. Getting all of the guts into my latest project and I need a few of these but I did not anticipate at least a four week lead time. So... What is a good alternate that I can get my hands on in the next week or so? I am just wanting basic on/off functionality, and something that plugs directly into the RX. I am using a 12 channel remote, so something that comes with its own remote (key fob) is neither required or desired. Thanks! |

| Re: Pico Switch Alternative Was hoping you would!!! Many thanks for the suggestions gentlemen, great options. Admittedly, I like the price of Frank's suggestion, but I am just powering some LEDs and do not really need external power. Given that I am feeding my RX with 6.5VDC from a BEC, I should be able to run with a couple of Heyok's remotes from the first link and call it good. Do you have those in stock and about how quickly would I have them if I ordered on Thursday? This should make for simpler and cleaner wiring. This RC is already becoming a monster for wiring... Yes, I have these controllers in stock. Shipping speed is up to the mailman. This time of year it is usually less than ten days. This is the link to the part in my web store: https://www.freewebstore.org/heyok-p...2_8014063.aspx Thanks, Al |
