When did they discontinue these. They are my favorite servo. What's a good substitute?

I own a few Hitec 7950's, and several Promodeler 470's. The Promodeler is a far superior servo. the listed specs may not agree, but my real world experience is that the Promodeler is stronger, faster under load and holds its position better. plus the 7950 still has that pesky MK gear, which is half plastic. I've stripped several of those over the years.
