| Savox SW-1210SG wire repair
I guess my son ran something into the front and broke the wire right at the case. I removed the top and bottom caps of the servo case but the core doesn't seem to want to pull out of the case. Is this repairable? If I can get the guts out I can re-solder the leads. Sorry but I'm not allowed to post attachments..(yet)? |

This one's an oddball. I've tri d a few times to crack it open to replace the short wires with longer ones with no success. If you find a way, please post it up!

Being that its a waterproof servo they might have "potted it" filling it with epoxy which would make it nearly impossible but I dont know if that's what they've done or not. I've accomplished this on cheapo plastic cased servos but not one of these. To post up a picture you can use the Tapatalk app on your smart phone from there you can upload directly. Or you can use a free image hosting site such as Imgur, post it up there and they provide a BB link that can be pasted into your post to display your pictures here. |
