| Power Supply Question
Hello, I just bought a good charger, an iCharger 206b, along with a Chargery 600S Plus power supply and have a question. This is my first charger with a separate power supply. The power supply takes 15+ minutes to "warm up" to produce a minimum of 10 watts before I can plug in the iCharger without triggering an "error" on the power supply. Is it normal to have to wait for the power supply to warm up? Regards, Dan |

Nope, it should be good to go as soon as you throw the power button. 10W? 100W would be a low-power power supply... |

I have the same power supply and it definitely doesn't need to warm up. Chargery (or whoever actually makes them) doesn't seem to have great quality control as my first one would spike from the set voltage to like 40V randomly and send my charger into overvoltage shutdown. The replacement one I got has been good for a few years now. |

Yeah. That's 100% not how it should be and it's likely a bit dangerous. While there's a tiny delay from when you plug into the mains, to DC power coming out... we're talking a delay that you need precise measuring devices to detect and is for all purposes 0 to naked eye observations. Send it back for a replacement if possible. Otherwise get rid of it. There's definitely a fault in it |

After a brief conversation with the vendor, they readily agreed that a replacement was in order. Within two hours I received a tracking number for the shipment of a new power supply. Great customer support!! Dan |
