Default Futaba servo (A700) programming? Only turns ~60°

I have a new Futaba A700 that seems to max out at +/-60 degrees of rotation with endpoints on my radio (Spektrum DX4S) set at 100%. Turning the endpoints up further does not result in more rotation, even maxed out at 150%. Dual rate adjustment is at 100%. The servo is not humming (no interference.) This kind of leads me to believe that it's likely the servo's programming preventing further rotation, not the radio. The servo is mechanically capable of 360 degree rotation and the rest of the steering system cycles all the way (roughly 90° at the servo) when the car is off. A longer servo horn is not an option due to space constraints.

What I'd like to know before spending another $50 is: what is the Futaba CIU-3 USB interface capable of programming? Can it adjust the servo's endpoints higher to get the "normal" 90°? Kinda frustrated since this was already the most expensive servo I've ever bought and I just took a chance on it instead of another 2290 (which has been great)... another $50 to get it to work like every other servo I have would really salt the wound! This one has me feeling like such a noob. Any other ideas?

To update: It turns out that it was the transmitter. I have no explanation as to why, but this problem only exists with my Spektrum tx's (DX4S, DX3S, and DX2E), no problem at all with my cheap Radiolink or Flysky tx's. A little bit of a bummer since my cheap radios don't have 3 position switches, only 2 position (button) or variable dial, but at least it wasn't the $$$ervo!

The Radiolink RC6GS has two 3 position switches.

Yeah, I was actually just looking at that. I do have a handful of receivers already, so I may consider that as an option if 2pos doesn't float my boat (dig on a Capra.)
