Default Trailer plug

Has anyone made a trailer plug like full scale? Where you plug it in and the indicators and brake lights work. I'm interested in doing it and was wondering if anyone else had done it.

I was working on a gooseneck a few years back planning on this. I was going to use a 6 cell balance plug and stuff it in the front boxes. If I didnt sell the trailer then I would still do it that way

I would hide the plug deep inside the truck and have a long lead on the trailor to hide the plug. Maybe use some black goop on the middle of the wire for a fake plug.

I've also got a 3d printer. I should be able to rig something up. I'll probably use the balance port.
