| ascender f100, brake too aggressive, 27t motor
Heres my set up. RC4WD 27 turn motor 15 tooth, 3s lipo, tactic 300 radio. My braking is too aggressive. I did loosen the slipper up some. I need a speed control with more flexibility.

Yeah you need an ESC like the hobbywing 1080 to have some settings to play with Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk |

I would say the 1080 is easily the best speed controller for the price. I probably have 4 of them. It's one of my first upgrades in any crawler. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk |

+3 on the Hobbywing WP1080. I converted all of my brushed vehicles to use these ESCs last year, and I bought several extras for future builds, just in case.
