Default 1210SG servo a bit short for TRX4

Anybody know a quick fix or mod, besides just screwing the flat heads down? It looks like the 1210 is just a little bit shorter

Yup, that's normal. Traxxas servos are slightly wider mounting.

Yea you just open the holes up on one side. Pretty easy fix

Thanks, that’s what I ended up doing. The aluminum mount doesn’t weigh much more and it definitely improves rigidity.

Can't you flip the reciever box. So opening is in the front? Only 2 screw, never tried it myself, I have servo extenders.
