Default Mamba X problems

I have a Mamba X and a HH puller pro stubby. (Brushless sensored)At first it was all right. Now with the sensor connected the motor overheats immediately when I reverse it just shakes, and after a few seconds of throttle it stops. If I disconnect the sensor it works both front and reverse throttle but what’s the point of having a sensored motor.
I used the castle link and it is configured to *smart sense
Don’t know what else can I do.
Please help!

The motor is new, only used once in my garden.

Sounds like the ABC wires may not be connected properly from the ESC to the motor, when the sensor is attached it will not function if those wires are not in the right order.

Sensorless it won’t matter the order and would work as you described.

The wire order when running with a sensor wire matters. If you don't have a->a, b->b, and c->c, you can cause the ESC to fail.

Well that was it, I sent my car to the shop to get some cables soldered and they altered the order. Still I had some sensor problems but I did a reset to factory settings and it is all done.
Thanks to everyone.
