Anyone have any experience with this one? I haven’t seen an independent test of the torque yet. I saw the 555 went much higher than advertised, but the 444 (or whatever the number was) was less.

Welcome to the site! Why would you want a Reefs? For a few bucks more you can have the ultra reliable Savox 2290 or for a bunch less you can have the Savox 1230. Or you you get the Holmes SHV500v3 that will smoke the 555 and it's a little cheaper!

I set up email stock notifications on the Holmes website as well as at my favorite resellers. As soon as I saw the email I snagged one.

I'll have to check it out. I never put any stake in what one YouTuber says, but if it's a common finding then it's more credible. I've never measured the output of the 2290, but it's never left me wanting more power in the real world.

I'll take a hard pass on anything from reefs. 2 reefs servos didn't last 2 months. I'll stick with Savox and HH servos.
