Honestly, you are kind of going at this backwards, normally you have the kit first, then get the electronics to match.

Anyhoo…

From the HH videos I have watched, the stubby motors are made more for the lighter side of the hobby because they do not dissipate heat as well as the larger Revolvers. So, you'd what a rig around six pounds or less. With that, recommend going with a Element Enduro.

The Revolver does not come in a 2700kv - what he most likely has is a Puller Pro 2700kv Stubby...;-)

However, the recommendations stay the same - run something relatively lightweight, such as the Enduro - or a Capra, if you'd rather a less scale truck and more pure crawler rig.

How about a TRX4?

I'd be wanting a standard size Puller Pro for use in a TRX-4, myself - it's a little heavy.

If you go that route, get a Sport version as it's a bit lighter than the standard TRX-4.

I've got a Mamba X/2200kv Stubby in my Capra, and a Mamba X/3500kv in my Enduro. Your combo should work in most any rig that's available today.
