Default Mamba micro and HH puller stubby

Just to be clear, I can remove the sensor cable adapter from the esc and plug the Holmes sensor cable directly into the esc?

Thanks!

Yes. Holmes makes that cable to eliminate the Castle sensor harness.

If you buy a Micro X new you should get a card in the box for a free castle link from Castle. BTW, great combo in my Capra. Micro X with a 2200kv Stubby. I run a direct power servo so the BEC limitation is no consequence to me.

I used the coupon from the esc to order the castle link but they are on back order like everything else :-/ I do have a buddy who is going to let me borrow his for the weekend so at least I can get up and running.

I’m stoked to hear the micro x and stubby combo is solid. This is going in an scx10.3 and I have the CC BEC 2.0 to go with so I am also not worried about power needs. I don’t figure it will be stump pulling power but it should be more than enough for normal use. Hopefully we find out in a few days

I a similar setup in my capra. The micro x and PP 2200kv V2 (non stubby) I also run the HH V3 direct wire servo. It's been a good combo.

This is the most ridiculous wiring I think I’ve ever done for an RC project... my drones aren’t even this nuts, lol.
