| no not yet but my pede trans holds up to the abuse and i still have the plastic idler gear and the r2 is much more stout |

| It will be fast on an 8. A good selection of pinions to have would be 8, 10, 12, and a 15. If you wanted really fast you could go to 20 teeth or more. |

| 17t is the biggest rc4wd says will fit. i got an r2 but im not sure if i'll run a my crawler in it or not, but if i do it will be with a 15t or 17t. |
