| Lipo's and Magnets
Hi all, I have searched around and didn't find a clear answer to my question, so here it is. Has anyone had any experience mounting magnets in close proximity or directly to lipo batteries? Based on the outside research I have done, it sounds like mounting a magnet directly to a lipo should not cause any issues for the battery since they are not magnetic themselves. Just curious if anyone has any experience first hand.... |

You've got the right idea. Lithium is diamagnectic so there's no interference or cross-over concerns. |
