Ok so I just checked. With my settings, on the bench. When regular spinning does not have enough torque, blheli sends a pulse of more power for like a quarter of a second. Kinda like pumping the Gas when it's stuck. Increasing the rampup power did not decrease the minimum rpm. What it did was increase the power of that half second pulse when the motor got stuck. I don't know what setting is causing the pulsing. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk |

That doesn't mean you can't still fry it by crossing the wrong wires though. But what esc can you plug in backwards and not fry? oopf forgot to send this earlier.

Regarding Blheli, I played with it, the pulsing comes when you turn soft bidirectional 3D on, which also gives you the lower RPM if soft bidirectional 3D is on then rampup increases the half second of pulsing power when the motor thinks it is stuck, if regular bidirectional 3D is on the minimum speed is really fast, and I have no idea what rampup does. but I couldn't notice a torque difference on the bench using my finger to slow it down. Which is not a super accurate measuring tool. I also couldent tell what sine mode does here either. or the low rpm power protect, or stall protection, or demag, or motor timing.... All just seems like shiny switches that don't do anything to me. Haha My first settings I picked from reading the blheli manual, which I have now forgotten what it says. They probably have a more noticeable effect in the car though. Last edited by Voodoobrew; 09-22-2021 at 01:52 PM. |

I've been looking at your instructions on GitHub and I think I'll get some pogopins to do the flashing. Any idea what size I would need, looks like I can only order a batch of a hundred lol Sent from my Pixel 4a using Tapatalk

You can also just use push pins or small nails, or sharpen a paper clip with sand paper. I used these HONJIE P75-B1 0.7mm Tip 16mm Spring Test Probes Pin for PCB Board - (100 Pcs) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WP9S69L...ing=UTF8&psc=1 Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk |

Thanks for that video. I've been following along with great interest, but I'm not ready to dive in just yet. I'm hoping you guys will get 'em all dialed in to perfection and program one for me! A QUIET Revolver with brushed-motor-smooth startup on 4s would be a beautiful thing.

Does anyone have instructions for enabling the dual-brushed mode on brushless ESCs with AM32? I have already flashed AM32 to an iFlight Succex 55A and it's working well with a brushless motor, using an FC to control the ESC for ease of programming. So now I am thinking of testing some brushed motors. I can't see how the 2nd ESC signal input should be connected.... Seems that the motors are connected to outermost channels and use the center channel as a common shared ground to get 1/2 voltage to each brushed motor. But where the signal input for the 2nd ESC goes I have no idea! And what happens to telemetry in this case? |

It was never programed for that. That conversation was talking theory. I passed the info along, but it was never implemented. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk Last edited by Voodoobrew; 09-28-2021 at 08:28 AM. |

| Re: Silent outrunner and ESC for less then $60 hi guys, the question is, is there a dys aria 70a regulator, which contacts should I solder to for flashing? the performance of bl_heli does not suit ((( p.s. if the meaning of the sentences is unclear, then you should blame the translator, hello from Russia. Does anyone apply any glue to your connections after soldering? I'm concerned over time they may break off considering how small they are and the punishment they may take being in a crawler

while the programmer is driving, he wondered if a specific controller needs a specific firmware, is there a firmware for "dys aria 70a" and "flycolor x-cross 45a", please give a link if there is. thank you in advance!
