Hello, I am running a T3 stadium truck with an associated 27 turn motor, a Novak XRS esc, Airtronics 75 Mhz reciever, a JRXS transmitter(synthezied) and fresh GP3300 stick pack. I had this truck shelved for a year or so, last summer I pulled the motor apart cut the comm w/new brushes, started running it again a few weeks ago. At first it seemed fine after about 6 packs throughout the few weeks, about two packs ago it started failing to go into reverse and forward intermittently. Yesturday with a fresh pack, forward stopped working all together but reverse is still operational!!! Any and all thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanx RYY

first off I would check all the settings on youre radio, make sure everything it set to 0 or neutral, then reset the ESC, if that didnt work you may have burned youre brushes or burned out the esc.

Slobin, Settings were all zerod, brushes are in good working order. How do you test an ESC? Can they be repaired or do you just discard them? RYY
