| Non traxxas batteries for udr?
Does anyone have any recommendations for non traxxas batteries for the udr? I’m wanting a udr in the worst way but to have to drop nearly another $400 for batteries and a charger (here in Canada at least) is an unpleasant thought, especially when I already have a good charger.

I have a bunch of XT60 plug batteries, so I just cut off the Traxxas plug on my ESC and soldered on an XT60 plug. That would be my recommendation, just solder the plug on your ESC that matches the batteries you want to use.

Its my opinion that better c rating the better battery. Brands mean little if you care for them Sent from my ONEPLUS A6013 using Tapatalk |

When I had a UDR I was using Lectron Pro 4S batteries in 5200MAH. They fit the tray perfectly. And I think they had XT60 plugs which were easily adapted to the Traxxas plugs. |
