Default Is this Skyrc T200 charger working correctly?

New to Lipo's and picked up the Skyrc T200 from a local shop. the controls are intuitive and it seems to charge fine but its resistance check has me questioning its accuracy. I have two brand new Ovonic 2S 2200 35C batteries. I am getting different ohm readings on the same battery depending on which of the two charge ports of the T200 I plug it into.

Is there a calibration that needs to be done or is this just not a useful feature of this charger. I'm worried that if it cant measure resistance accurately its not measuring voltage across cells accurately either.
