This isn't new, i have the previous version 1800 and a 2300 pro. Same build design. The Fusion 2 n 1 have always looked like these, just now the outer can has a different finish to it on the new "SE"

I’m not sure the super low startup is quite as smooth as the pro, like the initial step is a bit jerky at weird angles.
Has anyone else noticed this?

The startup on the SE (I do own 1) is absolutely NOT as slow or smooth as either the original 1800 (I have 3) or 2300 Pro (I have 1). It’s certainly a good performer and an amazing bargain, but yes, I definitely took notice of the difference.

I am putting a pro in my current build, pretty stoked to try it out. I love a brushless setup but find the squeal of the Mamba a bit much when I am crawling a nice serene spot in the woods. This one should be whisper quiet. Hope this one is as quiet as I am expecting

I have 2 crawler builds going on. And there will be one more soon.
I will buy Both the 2300pro and 1800se.
Try them both before buy one more of these to the third later.

I believe the 1800se is exelent in 2speed crawlers.
And in 1 speed you maybe need that 2300 pro?

Also what if i like to use 2.2 big heavy wheels. 3s.
Maybe the Pro is safer then? Or is the SE strong too?
Have you try weight pulling at asphalt anything?
This is exelent way to find out if combos are strong, after pulling
weight for 30seconds you can feel if there is any heat or not.
This tells alot how strong they are.

Check this video out please, i saw it yesterday
https://youtu.be/cWSdUgmOT4I?t=83
he did try overheat this PRO combo

Your gonna love the Pro! It's so smooth at low end and still punchy when needed. Super quiet! My Mamba's and Slates have all been retired thanks to Hobbywing!

Super! Though now it's sounding like things could get expensive...

I got a free gift card from a rewards program so I picked up another HWPro. It finally retired my HH w/ 1080 maybe for good. Or at least until the next rig shows up The 1080 has been relegated to temporary duties in the past on the 2 TRX's and 1 Vanquish.
