Default Novak Super Sport Brushless ESC + Novak Crawler Motor

Will these work together? I thought I would try it. Both sensored so it should work right?

Yes it will work, but you won't get all the benefits of the crawler systems programing.

Thanks Jason. I figured it would but wasn't sure if the sensor plug was the same. Might have to give it a whirl just for the heck of it.

It's not. It's just like running any of the other supersport brushless setups, just with a slower motor.

No good breaking, no instant reverse, ect...

oh i wasnt sure, i havnt used either of the setups so i was just throwing that out there thinking maybe it would work. but also i dont really know a whole lot about brushless either, but thanks for clarifying that for me

Yeah I know it won't be all that, was just wondering. I have outrunners and mambas but also have a SS and a friend has a crawler motor and thought I would try it just for the heck of it. It won't be replacing any of the setups in my rigs.

do you have a motor now on the SS? the crawler system is based on the SS so maybe novak could flash the SS with the crawler profile.......just a thought.

Kris was running this setup in his rock racer for a while, he took it out and went back to a 45t evx w/11.1v lipo. Much better.

Yeah it has a motor. Not sure if its the 4300 or the 5800.
