Mine's the same, except I have it at 100% dragbrake, but I am going to change it back down to 50%, as that is enough to hold it on as steep a hill as it will stay on without rolling over, with the 100% it just drains the battery quicker.

I left mine stock, but on my daughter's, I made it so you have to use more trigger to get it to move, so she can control the low end better.

ok dumb question... When setting up 2 of them, can you set the rear up with a higher drag brake, than the front?

Tanis and runnin2jpn, are you running brushless or lathe motors? And is anyone running 2 lathe motors and one mamba max? If running this combo, will it hold it on a steep incline?

I'm running 2 lathes and the Mamba Max. No issues here. Working just fine on my 2.2 Clod.

Nothing else out there can do eveything the MM can. The drag brake alone is great for us crawlers. Got one in the super clod and want to put another in the 2.2 when it gets finished up. This thing rocks!!!
