Default DX3 extended battery life mod

I was doing my daily browsing and came across this link Right here
its a mod to drastically increase the life of your radio for about 15 dollars.

I saw that on hackaday......I thought it was a frikin awesome mod!! So I posted it on RCU and look what happended..... http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_5676440/tm.htm Thats why I love RCC, when people are dicks its funny and its more of a guy-friend relationship.

Did it to mine, works well, very easy to do also. Can't understand why the radio guy is going ape sh!t over this. Oh well.

So, I guess modding the TQ3 for rear steer would also not be FCC compliant?

I'm going to try modding my DX6, the batterylife on that sucks bad.


On the fcc rules, if I fart into a radio antenna does that violate FCC regulations? According to that nomadio guy it probably would.

i personally thought that dude was in left field and maybee beyond,,,,good grief,, i use an out dated 4 ch air radio for my super whats he got to say bout that????if i interfere witha plane shouldnt the"almighty ama "have something to say about it
get real its outdated non gold stickered and if a fool happens to be flying with the same out dated radio near me its his loss not mine!!!!! oooohhhh welllll mines on the ground not in the air!!!!!!!


i currently fly at an ama certified (which is all B.S.) field so this discussion hits me on both sides

AND NO I REFUSE TO PAY THE AMA FOR ANYTHING bunch o money grubbing yaehoos if i do say so myself (read) prolly insurance people bagging this for their own pockets!!!!!!!!
