Ok...So here is something that has crossed my mind. Will a DX3 bind with an AR6000, or whatever comes with the DX7, (ar7000?) with the dsm2 technology??

Nope. The DX3 only works with it's deignated receivers, DX with ar6000 and br6000 only as well. Nothing works with the DX7 receiver except the dx7.

Since it's now been brought up.....what's the difference between the AR6000 and the BR6000? I'm going to get some additional RX's so I can run all my cars with the DX6 and saw those BR6000 "robot" versions and wondered if they would work the same. Is there an added benefit to them vs. just getting the AR6000?

BR6000 just adds failsafes to all channels. Nothing needed for crawlers, but they would work just fine.

I spoke in length with a couple of tech guys at Horizon about the Robot receiver adn there is virtually NO benefit to have the new receiver for the trucks... I was disappointed with the infor that the output voltage wasnt much if any better.... would assume robot servos would be a little more power greedy
