Default Motor Choices

Im finishing uo the build of my Wheely king. Using a K2-3L, most likely an E-Maxx tranny. I have some Revo Links that i cut down in place now. Im looking for some good wheel speed, this truck is more of a trail/bashing monster than anything else. Not many places to crawl in east central florida. Im thinking about getting a brushless motor for an e-maxx, Feigao 540C XL series motor, Bad choice? should i just gear up a Park Flyer motor? Any help is much appreciated.

That motor would be way overkill. If you want near stock performance but rediculous runtimes, a Crawlmaster and 3 cell lipo would be dandy with a Quark 33 esc. I get about 1.5 hours bashing with a 2100 pack. If you want something faster the Mamba 5400 system or 4600 system are great in the WK too.

Currently i have 2 4400Mah Packs and 2 3000Mah NiMH packs left over from my emaxx. Will running the Mamba Max esc behind the Crawlmaster, and when will they be avaiable?

Should be two weeks or less for the crawlmaster, still waiting on word that they shipped. The mamba max pushes the crawlmaster very well too, that would make an awesome combo and your batteries would work nicely.

Good call Mriccucci That is exactly what I'm going for! I already got my max, and am very impressed with it's capabililtes. I can only imagine how awesome it will be once the crawlmasters come in.
