I'M not a clod man so i cant answer what turn motor to get. But the higher the # of turns the slower the motor will go but it will bring more torque the higher # of turns you go.

Oh no the highest and 85t (i think) would make your clod do about 1 mph i think most people run 45t motors on their clods.

I would use 55t with the 9 tooth pinions, but it depends on your voltage too.

sorry for stealing your thread but
why use a RX pack why not just throw another cell or 2 on your batt? i just dont understand the RX pack on a elec that already has a power source

Because on a moped you can only run 7 cells max so thats where the rx comes in place.

wel tht is not right

with 4ws running 2 servo's the bec in the moped will not be able to handle it
therefore you have to run an rx pack as this can provide the Amps needed

sometimes even a Y harness is better so the amps dont have to run throught your receiver
