Default help a newb with a mamba max esc setup please..?

ok..for now i am only going to be able to afford one mamba max esc for my clod/pimp cane/integy 65S motor setup..

can you guys help me get the esc setup.,..?

it offers 2 different brushed setups..i have no clue what to setup at this point..

help please, i do not want to kill anything here..

Although me being new to this also ...here's what i was told to start with by some very reliable guys on here ...
fwd/brake/rev.
100% reverse
100% brake
50% drag
0 punch
high start up
normal timing
brushed motor
....hope this helps

and I run mine low startup

thanks for the input guys ..i will try those also....as i really dont know for sure myself on these specs ...also can anyone tell me the difference of the "initial start up " specs of low and high start up??? thanks for the help

just as it says, low applies less voltage to the motor and high applies more
